Odds96 Terms & Conditions – Full terms governing use of the service

One account per person — this is one of odds96's core policies. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• To change your name or date of birth, identity verification with a valid ID document is required.
• Two members of the same household may open separate accounts, but using them from the same device and network may trigger a verification process.
• Inactive accounts (with no login for more than 12 months) may be deactivated automatically.

Deposits on odds96 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are subject to change — please check the transactions page for the latest limits.

When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawals typically take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your VIP tier and the verification process. Withdrawals will always be sent to the mobile banking number registered in your own name — transfers to another person's number are not possible.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held until verification is done — so submit your National ID or passport in advance.

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot normally be changed. However, in certain cases you may use the Cash Out feature to settle part of your bet early.

In cases of match cancellation, weather disruption, or any other interruption, odds96 settles bets in accordance with established international betting rules. As a general rule, if a match is abandoned before at least 50% of the scheduled time has been completed, bets are voided and stakes are returned.

• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• The decision of the referee or umpire is final — protests or review outcomes will not affect bet settlement unless an official correction is made.
• Odds in live betting may change due to data latency — a bet is not valid until confirmed.

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, odds96 verifies the identity of all users. This is not only a legal requirement — it also helps keep your account secure.

KYC is mandatory for any first-time withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more. odds96 may also request verification at any time prior to that.

Betting carries inherent risk. odds96 is not liable for a bettor's losses — however, any losses resulting from a fault on our end will be treated separately.
